Children’s Worship

Our children’s worship takes place during the 10am Sunday services on most Sundays throughout the year. We go out of the church to the church hall for a dedicated time to learn about God and faith and get to know one another.

We tend to focus on one bible story or reading each week. The children are normally spilt into age groups (pre-school, primary and secondary for example).

Some services we stay in church together for a family service. The ‘Friendship’ at the back of church is always available for children who wish to do some colouring or read during the service.

Here’s the format:

  • We gather as a group and mention one thing that we are grateful for from the week
  • Then we introduce a theme and read the Bible
  • After the Bible reading, we split into groups for activities
  • We have a time of prayer
  • Finally, we return to the service and sometimes we share what we have learnt to the congregation
Nick’s faith gave him the strength to persevere.
